CONFERENCE HOTEL

OLEY HOTEL RATE AND ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION

The hotel registration links, and discount codes will be listed in your registration confirmation email. To ensure consumers and families have priority at the host hotel, Oley has opened consumer registration first, followed by professionals and annual partners on 4/1/24.

The Oley 2024 Conference will be held at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU. The address is: 7 East University Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85281. Phone: (602) 794- 8600

The Oley room rate is $125 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy (total $139). The room blook is open until May 30, and will be honored three days pre and post conference, based on availability.

We are guaranteed to run out of rooms this year so book early. There is a 72 hour cancelation policy. It is best to have the room and cancel if necessary.

  • The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 4.1 miles from the hotel (approximately 9 minutes).
  • Overnight Valet Parking for Hotel Guests (room required), $39.00 per vehicle, per night.
  • Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU is a pet-friendly hotel. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 lbs.
  • Each guest room has a mini fridge.
  • Oley has prioritized handicap accessible rooms for our conference.
  • Pro tip: sign up for the Omni rewards program at check-in to receive a single drink coupon to be used on property. First time sign ups receive 1 voucher per stay. It is for NHS or Library Rules. Drink can be one of the following: drip coffee, house wine, or house beer.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early and late checkin are available for additional fees.

Shipping to the hotel:

  • Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within 48 hours of the date of the function. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a handling fee for all incoming and outgoing items processed by our Security Department.

Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a handling charge. Shipping and receiving hours are 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Any Boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing, $20.00 per box weekend handling fee. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact your Conference Services Manager.

A storage fee of $25.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the Event. The hotel is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.
